We do not offer returns, if you have an issue with your product and it’s within 30 days, please use the contact form to reach us.

Although our policy is generally ‘no returns, no refunds,’ we’re always willing to accommodate issues and correct any errors. Here’s how you can get in touch:

  1. Contact Us Early: If you encounter any issues within the first 30 days, please fill out our ‘Contact Us’ form so we can assist you promptly.
  2. Prepare for Quick Resolution: Have a photo of your shipping box and products ready. This will help us understand the situation better and expedite the resolution process.

 

Delivery

We deliver to the continental US, standard, 3-10 days. We cannot offer shipping at this time to Hawaii, Alaska and U.S territories.

We ship across the continental US.  

We don’t ship to Hawaii, Alaska, military locations (APO, FPO, DPO), and U.S. territories yet.
